The present invention relates to an immobilized adhesion prevention film and a production method thereof. Application of a flat membrane-type adhesion prevention film on a surgical area shows excellent adhesion prevention effects. However, displacement of the applied film may occur due to a continuous movement on the adhesion area. Thus, there has been a concern regarding uniform immobilization of the film on an affected area. In addition, expansion of the adhesion area may spell another problem, as adhesion-inducing components are outflowed to a lateral portion of the film if the film is not tightly attached onto a curved adhesion area. Therefore, the present invention relates to the production of the adhesion prevention film with introduction of projection parts thereon so as to increase efficiency of the film, prevent displacement of the film and suppress diffusion of the adhesion-inducing components as well. |
