The present invention relates to a communication apparatus including: an intention expression plate including consonants and vowels formed on the upper side thereof; and a controller for controlling the forward rotation and backward rotation of the intention expression plate. If the rotation of the communication apparatus is stopped by applying external force on the rotating intention expression plate, the communication apparatus rotates in the opposite direction to the direction before the external force is applied on the intention expression plate.
