The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a novel display module. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for laminating a display module using a transparent optical-resin, the method including a step of coating a substrate with a type 1 transparent optical-resin and then selectively curing the type 1 transparent optical-resin by UV ray scanning using a shutter-type LED bar or scanning using a mask. According to the method for manufacturing a novel display module of the present invention, the type 1 transparent optical-resin is used and the type 1 transparent optical-resin is selectively cured by using a UV ray scanning method using a shutter, or a mask method after the substrate is coated with the transparent optical-resin. Therefore, defects from overflow, bubbles, and voids are controlled. Accordingly, process yield can be effective and productivity is increased while defects of components can be minimized. The method for manufacturing a novel display module can be applied to a display module including a display panel, a touch screen panel, and various functional substrates. |
