The present invention relates to an apparatus for adjusting levelness of a building wall. The apparatus for adjusting levelness of a building wall comprises: an anchor bolt (10) wherein a bolt body (11) thereof and a fixing part (12) thereof are embedded in foundation concrete of a building and a screw portion (13) thereof is exposed; a support plate (20) mounted on the screw portion (13) of the anchor bolt (10) to fix and support the screw portion (13) of the anchor bolt (10) inserted into the foundation concrete; a support plate fixing nut (25) mounted on the screw portion (13) of the anchor bolt (10) to fixate the support plate (20) on the foundation concrete; a height adjustment nut (30) mounted on the screw portion (13) of the anchor bolt (10) to adjust a height of a treated wood support plate (40); and the treated wood support plate (40) supported by the height adjustment nut (30). The levelness of a building wall can be adjusted conveniently and stably to allow levelness adjustment and to prevent a case where the building is poorly adjusted in the level and needs to be fixed. Also, adhesion between the concrete foundation and the wall is improved to maintain a shaking-free stable installation condition and prevent damage by contact. |
