The present invention relates to a system for removing data use restrictions of a smart phone through a learning reward platform. In the system of the present invention, the smart phone is a member smart phone with a set data use restriction among a first data use restriction which is not capable of using a mobile communication network if a predetermined limit is exceeded and a second data use restriction which pays higher prices if the predetermined limit is exceeded. Moreover, a server of N (N is an integer greater than 1) number of learning contents providers who provide education content to the smart phone is held in a learning reward platform management server. A learning reward system is installed in the mobile communication network. The learning reward system receives learning reward data transmitted from the leaning reward platform server and performs a reward event regarding a data limit of the smart phone wherein the data use restriction is set in real time or at a predetermined time point in response to the received learning reward data. |
