The present invention can check whether a main system and a sub-system operate normally. The abnormality determination apparatus includes: a first memory unit and a second memory unit storing collection server data including management target data received from a multiplexing data collection server; a third memory unit which accumulates and stores the management target data; a first comparison unit which compares the collection server data of the first and second memory units; a first determining unit which determines abnormality according to whether the difference between the compared collection server data exceeds an allowable range; a switch unit which switches the main system and the sub-system when normality is determined; a second comparison unit which compares the management target data of the third memory unit and the management target data received from the main system after the switching operation; and a second determining unit which determines abnormality according to whether the difference between the compared collection server data exceeds an allowable range. |
