A bank card accounting system with dynamic risk management and a corresponding method. An issuing bank (1) is provided with a dynamic risk management module (3), and a cellular phone (2) of a user exchanges information with the dynamic risk management module (3) via a communication network (4). The corresponding method includes: the dynamic risk management module (3) transmitting account operation information to the cellular phone (2), and after the cellular phone (2) receives the account operation information, the user transmitting response information back to the dynamic risk management module (3). The cellular phone (2) is used to supervise the user's reaction to each payment in real time, the risk level of a bank card account is adjusted according to the reaction, and when an abnormality occurs, a reaction can be made in time to avoid losses, guaranteeing the security of the bank card account. By confirming whether a payment is questionable using the user's reaction to received information about the payment, which is equivalent to allowing the user to play a role of a supervisor, the security of his/her own bank card account is supervised by the user, which is the most safe, effective and reliable method. |
