摘要 Provided is a contact-type magnetostrictive guided wave transducer which facilitates use of a pressurization means allowing acoustically homogeneous combination with an object to be inspected, and is easily attached to or detached from the object to be inspected, and radically prevents a solenoid coil from interrupting the formation and detection of a dynamic magnetic field of high frequencies caused by radio frequency (RF) coil arrangements, thereby enhancing test performance and efficiency, and which allows the solenoid coil to protect the RF coil arrangements from electromagnetic wave noise possible to exist in the surroundings, thereby being more resilient to environmental noise. A module of the contact-type magnetostrictive guided wave transducer is characterized by having an integrated form, wherein all elements such as a magnetostrictive patch, RF coil arrangements, solenoid coils and the like are included therein by enabling the solenoid coil forming a bias static magnetic field perpendicular to the direction of shear horizontal (SH) guided waves to locate in the back side of flexible magnetostrictive patch and the magnetostrictive SH-guided waves, thereby generating a dynamic magnetic field in parallel with the intended direction of the SH-guided waves, or to wrap the RF coil arrangements detecting changes in magnetic flux in parallel with the direction of the SH-guided waves in a reception process.
