PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote recycling of a heat exchange liquid even in performing cleaning-in-place.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 2 exchanges heat between wort supplied from a wort supply portion 3 and cooling water supplied from a cooling water supply portion 5. A cleaning liquid supply portion 7 supplies a cleaning liquid for cleaning a flow channel in the heat exchanger 2 to the heat exchanger 2, instead of the wort. A flow channel switching portion 8 sets a flow channel to guide the cooling water (warm water) having exchanged heat with the wort, to a warm water storage tank 6 in heat exchange of the wort. Further the flow channel switching portion 8 sets a blow flow channel 9g to guide the cooling water having exchanged heat with the cleaning liquid to a processing system different from the warm water storage tank 6, while blocking the flow channel to the warm water storage tank 6 in cleaning the heat exchanger 2. |
