PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monoclonal antibody useful as an antitumor agent which has no irritation, such as conventional anti-CD40 monoclonal antibodies, and also has more excellent ADCC activity.SOLUTION: The invention relates to an antihuman CD40 monoclonal antibody which does not have growth inhibition activity to a human CD40 antigen expression cell under the absence of effector cells, and specifically binds to the epitope containing amino acid residues at position number 62-77 or 105-145 in a human CD40 amino acid sequence; or an antigen-binding fragment thereof. |
