The purpose of the present invention is to provide a laminate in which a fluororubber layer and an acrylic rubber layer are firmly bonded with no interlayer separation, even at high temperature. The present invention is a laminate including a fluororubber layer and an acrylic rubber layer, wherein the laminate is characterized in that the fluororubber layer comprises a fluororubber composition that includes a fluororubber containing polyol-crosslinkable vinylidene fluoride units, a polyol crosslinking agent, and a crosslinking promoter, the crosslinking promoter being a quaternary phosphonium salt devoid of chlorine atoms, and the acid value of the fluororubber being 0.20 KOH mg/g or above. |
