Using a curable resin composition that includes constituents (A)-(E) makes it possible to form a covering designed to protect, decorate, and perform other such processes on fingernails, the cured product for forming the covering having a certain degree of flexibility while the coating has exceptional adhesiveness and curing reactivity with respect to the fingernails and therefore having an excellent ability to follow the shape of the fingernails.
