SUPPORT STRUCTURE OF CONTINUOUS CASTING ROLLERS FOR SLAB CONTINUOUS CASTER SEGMENT

Disclosed is a support structure of continuous casting rollers for a slab continuous caster segment. The segment comprises a frame, and continuous casting rollers (3), a transmission device (7) and a press device (2) which are arranged on the frame, wherein the continuous casting rollers (3) are mounted on the frame by a continuous casting roller bearing seat (10), the press device drives the continuous casting rollers to conduct press deformation on a slab, the transmission device drives the continuous casting rollers to rotate so as to convey the slab, and a support device (9) is arranged between the frame and the continuous casting rollers. Since the support device on the continuous caster segment is arranged outside the continuous casting rollers, the structure of the continuous casting rollers is simplified; the continuous casting rollers can be made into an integral roller with a large roller diameter, thereby improving the strength and rigidity; the disassembling and assembling, and replacement operations of the continuous casting rollers and the support device are simple; and at the same time, the continuous caster is more suitable for implementing the high-load state of a solidification end at a high pressure.
