The purpose of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing apparatus of a cooling duct having excellent workability and a relatively simple structure by attaching a plurality of ducts at the same time. To this end, the apparatus for manufacturing a cooling duct having a duct in an upper end of an insulating sheet comprises: a base which supports a structure of an entire apparatus; a supply reel portion which is attached on a side of the base, supplies the insulating sheet, and includes a brake which is operated in accordance with tension of the insulating sheet; a coating portion which forms two adhesion portions in the upper end of the insulating sheet supplied through the supply reel portion; a duct transfer portion which locates the ducts in each adhesion portion, and is operated by a plurality of cams which are operated by the rotation of a single duct motor; a duct supply portion which continuously supplies the ducts transferred by the duct transfer portion; a compression portion which compresses the ducts located in the upper end of the insulating sheet through the duct transfer portion, and composes the duct in a cooling duct shape; a feeding portion which transfers the cooling duct in a longitudinal direction; a heating portion which heats the cooling duct, which passes through the feeding portion, for a certain period; a buffer unit which adjusts the tension of the cooling duct which passes through the heating portion; and a winding portion which winds the cooling duct which passes through the buffer unit. |
