摘要 The present invention relates to a method for producing rice noodles, and rice noodles produced by the same method. The method for producing rice noodles includes: a drying-pulverizing step for washing rice, drying the rice immersed in water and pulverizing the rice; a kneading step for mixing the rice powder formed by the prior drying-pulverizing step, with corn starch and tapioca starch to form a mixture, and kneading the mixture after adding water into the mixture; a noodle producing step for producing noodles by using a noodle producer after pressurizing the mixture formed by the kneading step using a roller; and a dry noodle producing step for drying the noodle formed in the noodle producing step for 20 to 24 hours with hot air, and producing dry noodles. According to the present invention, by not adding gluten and flour, but adding corn starch, tapioca starch and rice powder, and repetitively boiling and kneading a mixture formed by the combination of the above, dry noodles can be obtained, after completely boiling the mixture, using a roller and a noodle producer, and drying thereof.
