PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize operational status of a fluid use facility.SOLUTION: In a fluid use facility management method, a drain outflow database is created comprising: a piping layout of a pipe arrangement (5) which is equipped with drain traps (3) and valves (4) in a fluid use facility (1); and positions of the drain traps (3) and the valves (4) in the pipe arrangement (5). Operation states of fluid-using apparatuses (2), the drain traps (3), and the valves (4) in the fluid use facility (1) are respectively monitored based on detection information of detectors (D) installed in different locations of the fluid use facility (1). Operational status of the fluid use facility (1) is optimized based on the monitoring result and the drain outflow database. |
