A colour optical filter substrate and a display device, comprising: a touch sensing unit (104) arranged on a black matrix layer (102), which comprises a drive electrode (1052) and a sensing electrode (1062) that are arranged at the same layer and mutually insulated, wherein the drive electrode (1052) is led out from a drive electrode connecting wire (1051) and the sensing electrode (1062) is led out from a sensing electrode connecting wire (1061); and a lead wire unit (107), in which a drive electrode lead wire (1053) is connected to the drive electrode connecting wire (1051) and a sensing electrode lead wire (1063) is connected to the sensing electrode connecting wire (1061). A single layer achieves mutual-capacitance multi-point touch, which reduces the cost and improves the yield rate. |
