The invention relates to a method for producing a flow channel (30; 40; 60; 70) for guiding a fluid, which flow channel is produced at least partially by means of a stereolithographic method, wherein a plurality of layers (32; 34; 36; 38; 42; 44) is formed successively in a stack in a build-up direction (28), the flow channel comprising a wall (54; 56; 58; 82; 83) and a supporting element (50; 72; 74; 76; 80; 88; 90; 100; 110; 120), wherein the supporting element is designed to support one of the layers in the build-up direction during the formation of said layer, comprising the following steps: modeling the wall of the flow channel (12); determining, in a simulative manner, a first flow distribution (62; 64; 66; 68; 84) of the flow in the fluid channel with the modeled wall, under the assumption that no supporting element is present in the flow channel (14), which first flow distribution can be represented by flow threads; deciding if a deviation of the first flow distribution from a predefined second flow distribution (63; 65; 67; 69; 86), which can be represented by flow threads, is tolerable or intolerable; and determining a shape and a spatial arrangement for the supporting element such that the deviation either remains substantially uninfluenced by the shape and the spatial arrangement of the supporting element, if the deviation is tolerable (22), or is reduced, if the deviation is intolerable (24). |
