The present invention relates to a water valve for replacement, which can easily replace and install a new water valve by removing a conventional water valve installed between water supply pipes while intactly maintaining the water supply pipes. The water valve for replacement comprises: a valve body having a first pipe body, a first flange, a guide pipe, and a first sawtooth unevenness; a first auxiliary flange loosely inserted into an outer circumference of the guide pipe of the valve body; a moving flange pipe wherein a second auxiliary flange is formed in one side, and a second flange is formed in the other side; a divided metal ring severed at one point, wherein an opening is formed; and a tapered cross-section packing installed in a tapered cross-section packing sheet of the moving flange pipe. |
