The present invention relates to a safety and emergency notification system using a sensor portion and a user terminal, which comprises: a sensor portion including a gyro sensor, a vibration sensor, and a wireless communications module; a user terminal which receives output information of the gyro sensor and the vibration sensor through the wireless communications module of the sensor portion, and transmits the output information to a server of a control center; and the server of a control center which determines whether a user is in a state of emergency or not based on the output information of the gyro sensor and the vibration sensor received from a user terminal, transmits the state of emergency to 119 or a terminal of a person concerned when determined as the state of emergency, and lets the 119 or the person concerned take emergency measures. |
