PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual shut-off valve preventing the occurrence of gas leakage even when the maximum gas pressure of a gas cylinder is directly applied to the manual shut-off valve during maintenance.SOLUTION: In a manual shut-off valve 1, by rotating a handle 11, a valve element 22 is moved and abutted against a valve seat member 29 to block off an input port 30 and an output port 31. The blocking-off state by the abutting comprises a first blocking-off state at the time when the handle 11 is rotated to a first angle &thetas;1=70 degrees, and a second blocking-off state in which when the handle 11 is rotated to a second angle &thetas;2=90 degrees, rotating operation force to the handle 11 is converted to a blocking-off load to the valve seat member 29 and is applied. |
