PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil gelatinizer which enables a gel excellent in stability when mixed with an oil agent to be formed and has a wide transparent range.SOLUTION: There is provided the oil gelatinizer composed of specific maltitol-mixed fatty acid ester is provided. The specific maltitol-mixed fatty acid ester is obtained by reacting (A) maltitol with (B) specific mixed acylating agents, i.e. (B1) an acylating agent derived from monobasic acid represented by oleic acid, stearic acid or the like of 85% to 99.9% and (B2) an acylating agent derived from dibasic acid represented by sebacic acid of 0.1 to 15.0%. It is preferred that an oil gelatinous composition containing the oil gelatinizer is obtained by adding the oil gelatinizer of 5 to 30 weight to 100 pts.wt. of an oily component, and the oil gelatinous composition is a cosmetic such as a lip gross obtained by blending an oil soluble emollient agent as an oil component. |
