PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take out a medium and to suppress damage of the medium or damage of a press mechanism.SOLUTION: An ejection device includes: a press mechanism 40 for pressing the medium held on a holding surface 10a of a hold tray 10 for holding the medium ejected in a first direction by an ejection mechanism 5. The press mechanism includes: a support part 41; an arm 50 including a base supported by the support part and extending from the base to a downstream side in the first direction, the arm relatively moving in such a manner that one end at a downstream side in the first direction is separate from the holding surface, in a second direction orthogonal with the holding surface by bringing the medium ejected from an eject port 22 into contact with the arm; and a rotation member 60 which is fitted to one end of the arm and freely rotatable and can be abutted to the medium held on the holding surface. An angle on a surface in parallel with the holding surface in a rotation axis of the rotation member is made variable in a third direction in parallel with the holding surface and orthogonal with the first direction. |
