PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of efficiently capturing flavor components at a low cost in order to capture conventionally wasted flavor components from steam and commercialize.SOLUTION: An unseasoned tea leaf flavor component capturing apparatus for a tea manufacturing steamer, as first means is configured of: a steam collecting hood including an opening to a steam discharge port on the steam discharge port at a tea leaf discharge side of the tea manufacturing steamer; a suction fan for sucking steam discharged from the steam discharge port; condensed water separating means for separating condensed water by revolving the steam in a cyclone; a duct to connect the hood, fan, and means; and storing means for the separated condensed water. |
