PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dietary education system that can let users know that all of information on cooked meals or cooking ingredients to be read at once has been read.SOLUTION: The dietary education system includes a cooking ingredient card 1 describing information specifying cooking ingredients, and an information reader 4 imaging the cooking ingredient card 1, the cooking ingredient card 1 has an optical recognition code representing coded information according to transitions and changes of color. The information reader 4 has: an analyzing unit reading the coded information from the optical recognition code in the imaging data obtained by the cooking ingredient card 1; a collecting unit collecting the amount of serving of cooking ingredients based on the coded information read by the analyzing unit; and a display control unit displaying the results of collection obtained by the collecting unit and imaging data on a touch panel 42. |
