PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give desired surface effect by using clear toner to a recording medium where an image is formed without requiring user's labor and give a plurality of kinds of surface effect in one page in the recording medium.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: an input part for receiving a specification of color, and a specification of a kind of surface effect which is visual or tactile effect and an area to which the surface effect is to be given related to input image data from a user; a creation part, on the basis of a specification from the user, for creating colored version data and glossiness control version data which is data to create clear toner version data and where a glossiness control value for determining a kind of surface effect to be given to a recording medium and an area in the recording medium to which the surface effect is to be given is specified; and a transmission part for transmitting the colored version data and the glossiness control version data to a print control device. |
