A sponge bra mold cup with a binding edge of a bowl opening comprises bra mold cups (10) at least with a sponge base layer (1). The bra mold cup (10) is provided with curved bowl openings (11, 12) matched with the breast contour of a human body. The bra mold cup (10) has a hemming thread (2) having a preset width and being stitched along the external peripheral part of the bowl openings (11, 12). The hemming thread (2) is wrapped back and forth along the width direction of the external peripheral part so as to wrap the external peripheral part of the bowl openings (11, 12) therein. The external peripheral part of the bowl openings (11, 12) is also wrapped with a binding strip of the binding edge (3). The binding strip of the binding edge (3) extends along the length direction of the external peripheral part of the bowl openings (11, 12) and is wrapped with and in the hemming thread (2). The binding strip of the binding edge (3) is folded along the self width direction and sandwiches the external peripheral part of the bowl openings (11, 12) therein. The folded width of the binding strip of the binding edge (3) is less than the preset width. The sponge bra mold cup with the binding edge of the bowl opening greatly reduces the phenomenon that the sponge or the thread ends and yarns of the bowl openings (11, 12) are exposed from the gap of the hemming thread (2) by wrapping the external peripheral part of the bowl openings (11, 12) of the bra mold cup (10) with the binding strip of the binding edge (3) and by wrapping the binding strip of the binding edge (3) with and in the hemming thread (2). |
