<p>Provided is a method for analyzing a polymerization reaction in a sample. The method comprises the steps of providing for fluorescent particles in the sample, exciting the fluorescence of the fluorescent particles, disturbing the sample for making the fluorescent particles move within the sample, taking images of the fluorescent particles within the sample, determining, for each of at least some of the images taken, a measure being indicative of the movement of the particles within the time period during which the respective image has been taken, and analyzing the polymerization reaction based on the determined measure.</p> |
