PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pump capable of suppressing the generation of noise by hydraulic pulsation while suppressing the degradation of pump efficiency.SOLUTION: In this oil pump 1, a groove 43a is formed in a shallow bottom portion 43 in a direction of connecting a high pressure portion 31a to a low pressure portion 21a. An end portion of the groove 43a downstream in a rotor rotation direction is formed to be close to an axial center (point O) of an outer rotor 3 and an end portion of the groove 43a upstream in the rotor rotation direction is formed to be apart from the axial center (point O) of the outer rotor 3. |
