PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipation structure that can be obtained at a low cost as well as has excellent stability in qualities and excellent heat dissipation performance.SOLUTION: A heat dissipation structure 1 has a plurality of heat radiation fins 12 disposed on a heat conductor 11. The heat radiation fins 12 are hollow fins, which are formed by folding and/or bending a laminate film 10 including a radiation layer 3 comprising a resin formed on a surface of a metal foil 2, and disposing the folded/bent film to stand on the heat conductor 11 with the radiation layer 3 as an outermost layer. The radiation fins 12 have a hollow cavity 23 formed inside the laminate films 10 opposing to each other.
