CLOUD STREAMING SERVICE SYSTEM, CONTENT PICTURE QUALITY IMPROVEMENT METHOD, AND DEVICE THEREFOR

A cloud streaming service system, a content picture quality improvement method, and a device therefor are disclosed. While a cloud streaming service is provided, it is determined whether picture quality deteriorates relative to the entire sections of content, and a picture quality-deteriorated section is searched among all the sections according to the determination result such that all the sections are encoded by a constant bit rate and then the picture quality-deteriorated section is additionally encoded so as to provide the cloud streaming service. It is possible to provide a cloud streaming service capable of maintaining content picture quality at a certain level or higher while minimizing the encoding so as to maximally ensure the number of concurrent users of the cloud streaming service.
