The present invention relates to a sweet jelly including a Cheonggukjang (fast-fermented bean paste) composition which can be formed in various shapes and is health functional food having high palatability and preference resulting from texture and convenience. The sweet jelly including a Cheonggukjang composition includes 100 parts by weight of fermented Cheonggukjang liquid, 5-20 parts by weight of agar, 50-200 parts by weight of sugar, 100-200 parts by weight of starch syrup, 400-800 parts by weight of sweet paste, 1-10 parts by weight of ginger, and 40-100 parts by weight of nuts with respect to 100 parts by weight of the fermented Cheonggukjang liquid. |
