A light-guide plate (8) is disposed to guide light from a light source (12) to the display window (7). The light source (12) is controlled to display operating states of the handy pump (1). A clearance (1c) and a clearance (1d) for ventilation are defined within a guide cap (5e) when the guide cap (5e) is placed to cover a plug (2) and a container (3).
