PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer taste beverage having deepness and whose sharpness is improved, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a beer taste beverage in which wheat-derived extract content is 0.40 g/100 cmor lower, and containing water-soluble dietary fiber and containing iso α acid of 7 to 23 ppm. Also provided is a method for producing the beer taste beverage in which wheat-derived raw material is incorporated in such a manner that the wheat-derived extract content reaches 0.40 g/100 cmor lower, water-soluble dietary fiber is incorporated, and iso α acid is incorporated in such a manner that the content in the final product reaches 7 to 23 ppm. |
