PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring a substance in a blood sample by a simple operation, the method avoiding the effects of both of bilirubin and hemoglobin.SOLUTION: The method for measuring a substance in a blood sample by an enzymatic method using an oxidizable color reagent is characterized by comprising: (1) contacting the blood sample with a nonionic surfactant; and (2) subsequently contacting the sample with a betaine-type ampholytic surfactant, and simultaneously with the contact or thereafter, conducting an enzymatic reaction and a coloring reaction using the oxidizable color reagent. |
