PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an error from being erroneously detected at the side of a control section by braking a lift motor at the side of a lift drive circuit.SOLUTION: In the case where a value of a paper surface position sensor 11 is equal to or greater than VthH, a forced stop part 33 stops drive of a lift motor 21 by a lift drive circuit 22. In the case where the value of the paper surface position sensor 11 is smaller than VhS, a CPU 23 supplies a control signal to the lift drive circuit 22. In the case where the value of the paper surface position sensor 11 changes from smaller than VthS to equal to or greater than VthS (a), the CPU 23 stores lift state data in a volatile memory 24. In the case where the lift state data are stored in the volatile memory 24 (b), during a period from a time point when the value of the paper surface position sensor 11 changes from equal to or greater than VthS to smaller than VthS, to a time point when the value changes from equal to or greater than VthH to smaller than VthH, an error is not determined even after the lapse of an error determination time. |
