PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microRNA capable of serving as a biomarker which can predict a patient's immune trait, to provide a microRNA capable of serving as a biomarker which can determine a patient's immune response type, and to provide a microRNA which is administered to a patient, thus allowing its immune response to be controlled.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a biomarker, a specific microRNA, for use in a method of determining a subject's immune trait or for use in a method of determining a subject's immune response type, to a method of determining the subject's immune trait or the subject's immune response type using these biomarkers, and to an immune response type control agent containing as an active ingredient the microRNA for use in a method of determining the immune response type. By previously determining the patient's immune trait or by determining the immune response of a patient who are in an immune treatment, the effect of the treatment of infection or the effect of a cancer vaccine treatment can be foreseen, in addition, the prevention, improvement, and treatment of widely immune-associated diseases are made possible. |
