PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device capable of effectively trading a band of radio communication with another radio communication device.SOLUTION: A radio communication device (access point 10) comprises: a radio environment detection unit (120) configured to be able to detect a surrounding radio environment; a channel change request information generation unit (130) configured to be able to generate a channel change request information to prompt another radio communication device capable of radio communication to change a channel used for radio communication on the basis of a detection result by the radio environment detection unit; and a radio communication unit (Wi-Fi communication unit 110) configured to be able to communicate data with an external apparatus (information processing terminal) by radio communication selectively using any of a plurality of channels and to transmit the channel change request information to the other radio communication device.
