PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized antenna and a radiated disturbance measurement system.SOLUTION: A small-sized antenna comprises: a substrate formed by a dielectric body; a plane-shaped first planar element formed on one surface of the substrate; a plane-shaped second planar element formed at a symmetric position with respect to the first element on the other surface of the substrate; lines formed on one surface and the other surface of the substrate so as to face each other for adjusting impedance consisting of the first planar element and the second planar element; and a reflective element disposed on a back surface of the first planar element and the second planar element. A radiated disturbance measurement system is provided with the small-sized antenna.
