PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable refrigerant recovery from a utilization unit where refrigerant leakage is detected to a heat source unit while continuing the operation of other utilization units where refrigerant does not leak in a heating/cooling simultaneous operation type air conditioner configured by connecting a plurality of the utilization units, branch units and heat source units through three refrigerant communication pipes.SOLUTION: A heating/cooling simultaneous operation type air conditioner (1) includes a plurality of heat source side heat exchangers (24,25) and refrigerant leakage detection means (57a,57b,57c,57d) that detect refrigerant leakage. When the refrigerant leakage detection means (57a,57b,57c,57d) detect refrigerant leakage, the refrigerant is recovered from the utilization units(3a,3b,3c,3d) where refrigerant leakage is detected to a heat source unit (2) by increasing the number of the heat source side heat exchangers (24,25) operating as a heat radiator of the refrigerant. |
