A motor controller and a motor provided with the same. The motor controller comprises a control box (1), a control circuit board (2) and a first pressing strip (3). The middle of the control box is provided with a cavity (11). The control circuit board is installed at the bottom part of the cavity. A control chip (4) is installed on the outer edge of the top surface of the control circuit board. The middle of the end surface of the first pressing strip is provided with several plastic pressing blocks (5). Both ends of the first pressing strip and the inner wall of the control box are installed together, and the plastic pressing blocks press the control chip tightly on the side wall of the cavity. The structure of the motor controller is simple, the installation of the control chip is convenient, the flexible contact exists between the plastic pressing blocks and the control chip, the control chip can be prevented from being deformed or damaged during the installation process, and the motor controller can thus meet voltage-resisting test demands.
