The present invention relates to a composition comprising ursolic acid as an active ingredient for improving hair or skin conditions. Particularly, the present invention relates to a composition which can show effects of preventing hair loss; stimulating hair sprouting; stimulating hair growth; adding gloss to hairs; preventing damages to hairs; preventing, alleviating, and reducing or treating poliosis or vitiligo; or alleviating or treating scars, by comprising ursolic acid as an active ingredient.
