The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing noodles. Hard-boiled rice, which is rice with hard texture, is put into a hopper, is rolled and stirred using a screw, at the same time, and thin rice noodles are extruded through the outlet of a porous plate. Then, the extruded rice noodles can be contained in a bowl, along with broth of a broth tank and seasoning of a seasoning tank to allow people to have the noodles. In traditional methods, noodles were first boiled in hot water and cooled in cold water. Noodles are then contained in a bowl, added with broth and seasoning, and consumed, thereby requiring much efforts and time. To resolve the problem, hard-boiled rice (14) put into a hopper (9) is extruded as thin rice noodles by a screw (3) and a porous plate (7) in a kneading pipe(2) into a bowl. Then, broth of a broth tank (10) and seasoning of a seasoning tank (11) are appropriately added to the noodles to allow people to have the noodles. |
