PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urethane resin composition capable of providing a coating film excellent in matting property even using neither an inorganic fine particle nor an organic fine particle.SOLUTION: There is provided the urethane resin composition containing: a polyurethane resin (A) obtained by reacting polyol (a1), polyisocyanate (a2) and a chain extender (a3); and an organic solvent (B). In the urethane resin composition, the chain extender (a3) contains a chain extender having a spiro ring (a1-3), the amount of use of the chain extender having the spiro ring (a3-1) is in the range of 5 to 19 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the polyol (a1) and a surface hardness (Ra) of a coating film obtained by drying the urethane resin composition is in the range of 0.3 to 1. |
