PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slicer that slices a material-to-be-sliced with uniform thickness and that can be sanitarily used.SOLUTION: A slicer 1 includes a slice width adjusting mechanism 100 that comprises: a cylindrical slice width adjusting dial 60 that comprises a screw part circumferentially provided on an outer peripheral surface and that can horizontally support a back side of a movable support plate 40; a screw receiving hole 13 that is provided integrally with the frame 10 and that can be screwed to the screw part; and a first rib 45 that is erected on the backside of the movable support plate 40 and that can be fitted into the slice width adjusting dial 60. |
