PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide patches which are applicable to many active ingredients containing hydrophilic materials, and can remain in the attachment site with slight adhesive power due to high adhesion to the skin, and also to provide a sheet for the transdermal administration or topical administration of an active ingredient by attachment, the sheet requiring no attachment adhesive.SOLUTION: The invention provides a nanofiber sheet and patches containing an active ingredient, wherein the active ingredient is applied on a face of the nanofiber sheet in contact with the application site. Preferably, a composition containing an active ingredient is applied to the nanofiber sheet by the ink-jet method. |
