PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-side roasting grill and a stove, capable of securing cleaning property and having preferable heating balance.SOLUTION: A grill device 20 comprises, in a grill chamber 21: a cooking space 31 on an upper side of an intermediate plate 30; and a heating space 32 on a lower side of the intermediate plate 30. In the cooking space 31, an upper burner 35 is provided, and a cooking plate 10 is mounted on an upper surface of the intermediate plate 30. In the heating space 32, a lower burner 36 is provided. A heat quantity from the upper burner 35 is directly applied to an object to be cooked. A heat quantity from the lower burner 36 is indirectly applied to the object to be cooked, from the heating space 32 through the intermediate plate 30 and the cooking plate 10. The grill device 20 makes the lower burner 36 to burn with amplified fire power from start of cooking until lapse of a predetermined time, and after lapse of the predetermined time from ignition, to make the lower burner 36 to burn with normal fire power. Thus, the heat quantity from the lower burner 36 in a cooking initial stage can be made higher than that in the subsequent stage, so that the grill device 20 can improve heating balance of the object to be cooked. |
