摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectral image capture system capable of easily acquiring spectral images for a plurality of wave lengths and of being reduced in size, and further to provide a control method of the spectral image capture system.SOLUTION: A spectral image capture device 1 (spectral image capture system) comprises: a light source section 11; a first wave length variable interference filter 5 (first spectroscopic filter) emitting excitation light L1 (first emission light) having a predetermined wave length from light emitted from the light source section 11; a second wave length variable interference filter 6 (second spectroscopic filter) emitting fluorescent light L3 (second emission light) having a wave length corresponding to that of the excitation light L1 from reflection light L2 of an object A irradiated by the excitation light L1; an image capture section 14 acquiring a spectral image of the fluorescent light L3; a filter control section 22 sequentially changing the wave length of the excitation light L1 with the predetermined wave length and changing the wave length of the fluorescent light L3 in synchronization with a change thereof; and an image generation section 24 generating a synthetic image (processed image) by using a latest spectral image corresponding to each wave length of a switching object of the fluorescent light L3.
