PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable trough capacity expansion structure capable of more easily expanding the capacity within a trough.SOLUTION: A cable trough capacity expansion structure 100 can be easily fitted by installing a raising member 10 on a trough body 2 of an existent cable trough 1 and installing a movement regulation member 20 on the raising member 10, the movement regulation member 20 regulating movement in such a manner that the raising member 10 is not displaced. Raising can be performed in such a manner that a height from a bottom of the trough body 2 to a connection part 12 of the raising member 10 becomes higher than a height from the bottom of the trough body 2 to a trough cover 3 in the existent cable trough 1, thereby expanding the capacity in an internal space of the trough. Further, the cable trough capacity expansion structure 100 does not include a portion to be inserted inside of the cable trough 1 (trough body 2), such that the internal space of the trough is prevented from becoming partially narrow or a cable is prevented from being in contact with a portion protruding inside of the trough and being damaged. |
