PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting positional displacement of a separator in an electrode laminate in a width direction, the device being capable of inspecting with high accuracy whether the displacement of the separator in the electrode laminate in the width direction detection is settled within an allowable range.SOLUTION: The positional displacement detection device includes: a camera 35 for imaging a predetermined range of one end of an electrode laminate I in the width direction; and an image processing system 32 by which an end position of a separator 9 in the width direction (X-axis direction) is detected on the basis of image data captured by the camera 35 and in the case where a distance between a maximum displacement position that is an end position closest to a front end side from a center side of the electrode laminate I in the width direction and a minimum displacement position that is an end position closest to the center side exceeds a predetermined value, the electrode laminate I is determined defective. When identifying the end position, the image processing system 32 divides the predetermined range into a plurality of sections in a thickness direction (Z-axis direction) of the electrode laminate I orthogonal to the width direction, further detects luminance for each of pixels arranged within each section in the width direction, and recognizes a position where a change of the luminance exceeds a predetermined value, as the end. |
